Surface Preparation: Prior to any application, it is essential that all surfaces adhere to the dimensional stability outlined in IS 1443-2018. The surfaces should be level, adequately cured, devoid of damage, compact, rigid, resistant, dry, and free from any debonding agents. A recommended practice is to moisten highly absorbent concrete surfaces.

Adhesive Preparation: The optimal mixing ratio should be 3 Part Adhesive  – 1 Part Water (by weight)

Application Procedure: For optimal adhesion, it is imperative to apply an ample layer of adhesive. In the case of large, rectangular sizes with sides exceeding 30 cm, consider applying the adhesive directly to the back surface of the tile. Verify by checking samples to ensure proper transfer of the adhesive to the material’s back.
